You're here because you and your partner are ready to prioritize the health of your relationship. You've accepted that you are doing things in your relationship that aren't working out and you're willing to learn new ways to make both of you feel seen, supported, and loved. You could also be here wondering if you two are compatible for a long-term relationship. Either way, you will leave learning more about:

I am trained in Present-Centered Couples Coaching by The Relationship School. This approach guides the couple to the here and now so they can see in real time where their issues stem from and practice attuning to their partner to learn how to navigate difficult emotions and conversations. My priority is to serve each individual and the relationship through a balance of support and challenge.
